EXCHANGES & RETURNS

 

If you want to exchange for a different size or design or return your Cabo d´Mar, don't worry. We want you always be happy with your Cabo d´Mar!

So, we offer you an exchange or return within 15 days from the delivery date for all countries.

Please, send us an email to cabodemar@gmail.com and we’ll help you along the way.

Please note:

- In order for the exchange or return to be successful, the product should be in perfect condition, with no signs of use and in its original packaging, along with the respective invoice;

- During the sales period, the purchase will be final. Therefore, we will be unable to process any refunds and the exchanges can only be within the same price range;

- If you personalized your Cabo d´Mar, you cannot be exchanged or returned it, under any circumstances;

- The customer support, in these cases, the shipping costs for our company.

In case of return, upon the reception of the product and after evaluating its condition, the amount you paid will be credited using the same payment method, excepted the costs of shipping.

We're sorry, but we do not assume liability for loss or damage occurred during the shipment of the returned to Cabo d´Mar.

 

REFUNDS

Upon receipt of product and after evaluating its condition, the credit or debit card originally used for the purchase will be credited with the cost of the goods. We will process your refund within 72 hours of receipt of your return. Your credit card company may take 4/7 working days to credit your account.
